ONTYMBOOK.IN is a technology-based digital cab booking platform that enables passengers to digitally record and confirm a booking with a driver they have already engaged.
ONTYMBOOK.IN does not generate, assign, provide, distribute, customer leads or ride requests to drivers. Unlike a cab aggregator, ONTYMBOOK.IN does not connect passengers with drivers or arrange transportation services. Customers use the platform only after they have independently engaged with a driver, and the platform merely records and manages the booking digitally.
Customers book their ride on ONTYMBOOK.IN only after directly engaging with the driver. ONTYMBOOK.IN does not assign drivers, dispatch vehicles, match passengers with drivers, determine fares, operate transport services, or exercise control over any vehicle or driver.
Drivers use ONTYMBOOK.IN by subscribing to the platform. ONTYMBOOK.IN solely provides a digital booking and is not a cab aggregator, transport operator, taxi service provider, employer, agent, partner, or representative of any driver.
Each driver using the platform is an independent service provider and is solely responsible for operating the vehicle, complying with all applicable laws, maintaining valid licences, permits, insurance, vehicle fitness, passenger safety, fare collection, taxes, and all other legal and regulatory obligations.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ONTYMBOOK.IN shall not be responsible or liable for any act, omission, negligence, misconduct, criminal activity, fraud, assault, harassment, theft, accident, injury, death, damage, overcharging, loss of property, violation of law, or any other civil or criminal act committed by any driver or passenger.
Any dispute, claim, complaint, civil liability, criminal proceeding, compensation claim, or legal action arising out of or relating to the transportation service shall be solely between the passenger and the independent driver. ONTYMBOOK.IN shall not be a party to such disputes or proceedings except where required under applicable law.
By using ONTYMBOOK.IN, both passengers and drivers acknowledge and agree that the platform functions solely as a technology provider for recording bookings and does not provide or undertake the transportation service itself.
